We offer a two-year warranty on all watches purchased, giving you peace of mind that, when the time comes for servicing, your watch will be in good hands.

Quick Turnaround Times

We aim to provide quick turnaround times for both repairs and services. A full service typically takes around four weeks, while minor repairs, such as re-seals and water resistance checks, can usually be completed within a week.

How to Return for Repair

If your watch requires repair, a replacement part, a new battery, or a full service, simply pack it securely in a small but sturdy cardboard box. Send it to us by insured special post (Special Delivery or Signed For), along with a note containing your name, address, telephone number, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Please remember to keep the original display box; it is not necessary to send it back.
